Police Records Manager

Under general direction, to plan, supervise and coordinate the activities of the Police Records Bureau and other divisional services; and to do related work as required.

Do you possess a California Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Records Supervisor certificate?

Do you have a minimum of five years of progressively responsible public safety records management systems experience involving multiple automated interfaces where at least three years were in a supervisory or lead capacity?

Describe your experience in managing a Police Department's records retention schedule and the requirements for the destruction of records. Your response must not exceed 350 words.

What experience do you have in submitting monthly CIBRS / NIBRS data to CAL-DOJ and the FBI? Describe your experience with data analysis retrieval to support your submissions. Your response must not exceed 350 words.
