We are seeking a collaborative and results-driven Content & Social Manager to help bring our web content, social media, and B2B influencer strategies to life across our two commercial B2B brands. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will partner closely with both digital and brand marketing teams to ensure that strategies are aligned and executed with measurable impact.
The Content & Social Manager will be responsible for translating joint strategies into action, overseeing content production, managing day-to-day social media activity, and activating influencer programs. Success in this role will depend on working in concert with brand marketers by combining strong brand positioning with digital execution, optimization, and performance reporting. This role focuses on carrying strategies through to execution, ensuring they are managed effectively, measured rigorously, and optimized for results.
Responsibilities
Web Content Strategy
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on global web content strategy and execute plans that align with business goals and drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Partner with brand marketing teams to ensure web content is consistent, optimized, and brand appropriate.
- Work with our international SBUs to offer localization support as needed.
- Manage ongoing updates to website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO best practices.
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimize to improve website effectiveness.
Social Media Strategy
Own the development and daily execution of multi-channel social media strategies across platforms. Recommend guidelines for global versus regional brand accounts.Working with the marketing management teams, manage day-to-day social content creation, publishing, forum participation and community engagement.Monitor and report on performance metrics, recommending optimizations to improve engagement and reach.Identify new social trends and opportunities to keep the brand ahead of the curve.B2B Influencer Strategy
Design and implement B2B influencer strategies appropriate for our commercial brands, focusing on thought leaders, industry partners, and professional networks.Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers and brand advocates.Coordinate content collaborations, campaigns, and events with influencers.Measure ROI and effectiveness of influencer programs, adjusting strategy as needed.Manage the content and social team

4-year degree in business, marketing, or related field requiredExperience :
Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated success in leading online marketing initiatives for B2B brands, including SEO / SEM, email, social media and / or display advertising campaignsOther Requirements :
Microsoft Office Suite requiredProficient in use of Content Management Systems (CMS), Google Analytics and social publishing softwareProven track record of developing and executing successful web content strategies and social media campaigns.Experience in managing B2B influencer programs or partnerships.Proficiency with social media management, SEO, influencer management, web analytics, and CMS platforms and tools.Occasional domestic travel may be requiredBenefits :
