Key Responsibilities

Deliver courses effectively across various modalities while providing academic support

Engage in course development, assessment support, and mentoring of students and visiting professors

Participate in professional development and scholarly activities to stay current in the field

Required Qualifications

A master's degree in a healthcare-related field from a regionally accredited institution

Current industry experience in a healthcare setting and relevant certifications (CCS)

A minimum of 5 years of working knowledge in healthcare operations, including electronic health records and reimbursement methodologies

Subject matter expertise in inpatient / hospital coding

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, in a diverse and non-traditional environment
