The IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations that support the organization’s global freight forwarding activities. This role will involve managing hardware, networks, systems, and cloud platforms, while aligning IT infrastructure initiatives with business goals. The IT Infrastructure Manager will also be accountable for maintaining high system availability, data security, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic logistics and supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management :

Design, implement, and manage the IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and cloud services.

Ensure infrastructure security aligns with industry standards and company policies.

Support and maintain logistics applications (e.g., freight management systems, ERP platforms, customs software, EDI systems).

Lead and mentor a small IT operations team, providing guidance and training.

Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with the company’s business growth.
