Ambulatory Service Line – Executive

West Coast

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee six Ambulatory Surgery Centers. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and a strong background in operations, with experience presenting at the executive level and driving strategic initiatives.

• Achieve operational performance and strategic growth objectives for assigned ASCs.
• Collaborate with providers, organizational leaders, and both internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic initiatives.
• Ensure operational excellence and accountability for business planning, program development, and administration.
• Maintain fiscal accountability and manage operational changes while optimizing patient, physician, and employee satisfaction.
• Continuously evaluate core processes to improve operations, reduce costs, enhance services, and improve quality and patient safety standards.

Position details :

Direct reports : 6 Administrators at ASC’s

Indirect reports : 400+

Oversite : 6 ASC with possibility of growth to 12

ASC Service Lines : GI, Orthopedics, General, Pain Management, Urology, Gynecology, ENT, Plastics, Ophthalmology

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field, required.

Master’s preferred (MSN, MHA, MBA, MPH)

12+ years of consecutive management experience in ambulatory services operations, required.

Previous multi-site Ambulatory Surgery Center regional operations strongly preferred.

Knowledgeable regarding ASC financial reporting, analysis, and reimbursements, required.

Familiarity of regulatory, licensing, certification and accreditation requirements for ASCs required.

Recent experience with strategic planning and operations of new builds or expansions of medical facilities.

Proven experience increasing productivity and services at ambulatory surgery centers.

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : $260K - $340K DOE.

Bonus : 15% target.
