job_description.job_card.job_descriptionManage and service a designated portfolio of personal lines clients, including auto, home, and umbrella policies. Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and billing inquiries accurately and promptly. Provide professional guidance on coverage options and policy recommendations. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and carriers for underwriting, claims, and policy servicing. Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system. Deliver responsive, courteous, and professional customer service. Assist with daily office operations, including greeting visitors, managing mail, and maintaining common areas. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflows and optimal client satisfaction. Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in personal lines insurance account management. Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain promptly). Comprehensive knowledge of personal insurance products and carrier systems. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment. Competitive salary commensurate with experience. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client service. You will manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring policy accuracy, timely processing, and superior communication.
Location : Lawrence, MA 01840 (In Person)
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 4 : 30pm
Compensation : $55,000 - $65,000+ negotiable based on experience
