Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Office Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will play a vital part in identifying, recruiting, and matching caregivers with clients who need support and assistance. Your work will directly impact the quality of care we provide and help improve the lives of individuals and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively search for and recruit qualified caregivers through various channels, including online platforms, community organizations, and job fairs.
- Network with potential clients and assess their care needs to ensure appropriate caregiver matches.
- Maintain a database of caregivers and client profiles to facilitate timely and accurate placements.
- Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for both clients and caregivers.
- Promote the organization’s mission and values in all interactions.

Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment, human resources, or care coordination preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Understanding of the caregiver and client relationship and the importance of compassion in care.5 Years of experience in office management within the healthcare field.Benefits
