Job Summary : Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered nursing care in a dynamic environment that upholds professional nursing standards and fosters relationship-based care. This role supports acute care settings including Medical, Surgery, Emergency, Intensive Care, Childbirth, Pediatric, Operating Room, Perianesthesia, Endoscopy / GI, and Cardiac Cath Lab units.
Essential Responsibilities :

- Apply current clinical knowledge and evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality patient care and make appropriate patient assignments based on acuity and technical needs.

Education and Experience :
Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent experience with at least five years of acute care nursing if from a non-accredited program.Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or required within five years of hire; enrollment in advanced degree programs is accepted.Completion and maintenance of area-specific certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, or specialty certifications.Licensure and Certifications :
Current active Registered Nurse license as required by the regional nursing board.Work Environment :
This full-time position is scheduled for night shifts within a healthcare facility located in the Midwest region of the United States.
