As a Program Component Engineer at Nokia, you will be an integral part of our Program / Product Creation Core team, driving technology rationalization with suppliers to optimize costs and enhance product performance. You will focus on identifying cost reductions, finding alternate sources for components facing risks, and managing the technical validation of parts in collaboration with R&D and engineering teams. Your role involves standardizing and promoting the reuse of approved components, improving Bill of Materials (BoM) health, and increasing supplier quality levels. You have :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong expertise in Bill of Material (BoM) management and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis
- Proven experience in supplier component quality assessment and risk management
- Ability to standardize and harmonize components across multiple products and programs
