The Medication Technician is responsible for carrying out the ADL services to residents in accordance with their service plan in each community. These duties include providing medication management services, personal care for all residents, communicating with medical professionals and families about the needs of residents. All duties are performed under the direction of the Director, Health and Wellness while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards .

Responsibilities :
Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for our residents.Work with the Gardens Team to produce a happy, productive, safe environment of honor, joy, and hope for our residents and their loved ones.Administer residents medication under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.Document medication reminders and administration in accordance with company policies and procedures.Monitor resident health and well-being and promptly address any concerns or changes in condition (physical, emotional, cognitive, or behavioral) to the Supervisor and / or Administrator .As directed by nursing staff, monitor vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate.Assist with routine health assessments and documentation, including weight monitoring and glucose testing.Follows all local, state, and federal rules and regulations as they apply to services delivered for all residents. This involves resident care and documentation, compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Blood Borne Pathogen Guidelines.Required Skills
Prior experience working in a healthcare or senior care setting, preferred but not required.Compassion, empathy, and patience in dealing with older adults and individuals with varying levels of physical and cognitive abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.Welcome to Distinctive Living, we're seeking a Cook Part Time for Gardens of Carleton.

Job Summary
The Cook position works under the Director, Restaurant and Hospitality and supports all activities of the Restaurant and Hospitality Department and Dining Room. The position is responsible for quality of meals served, quality of service delivery during meal service and for compliance with special diets offered by the community.

Follows the Menu Program that meets nutritional requirements, as directed by the Director, Food Service. If assisting with food purchasing, then follows buying practices approved by the management company. Conforms to policy and procedures for all special diets offered.Responds to resident likes and dislikes maintaining high resident satisfaction. Ensures that all foods are prepared to the satisfaction of residents and in accordance with safe food handling practices.Maintains food temperatures and time controls during storage, production, and serving according to required food safety standards. Correctly uses equipment that meets all health department standards. Stores and dates all food items appropriately and properly.Maintains a clean kitchen. This includes all equipment, walls, dry storage, cold storage cooking, and preparation surfaces and dish storage areas.Ensures they and any employees reporting to them work in a safe manner and that potentially hazardous conditions are managed. Compliant with safety standards.Perform other duties as assigned or needed.Qualifications :
