Policy And Process Administrator

Necco has an opportunity for a career as Policy and Process Administrator. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring that company policies and forms align with regulatory, contract and legal requirements, industry standards and the overall goals of the company. This role will involve developing, implementing and monitoring policies while utilizing technology and data insights to drive consistency, clarity and improvement processes.

The candidate selected will be responsible for the following :

Policy Development, Documentation and Standardization

  • Draft clear and concise policy documents and forms for the company
  • Research, develop, and update company policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Interpret complex and company policies for employees and managers
  • Provide guidance on policy-related inquiries
  • Maintain a comprehensive repository and ensures easy accessibility of company policies and forms
  • Collaboration with legal and other relevant departments to ensure policy alignment

Policy Implementation, Training, and Education

  • Work with multiple departments and business lines as well as legal teams to implement new policies, forms, and procedures
  • Develop communication plans for policy rollouts
  • Develop training programs to educate employees on company policies
  • Conduct workshops to ensure understanding and compliance
  • Create and maintain a communication strategy for policies and ensure employees are aware of policy changes and updates
  • Risk Management, Policy Compliance, and Monitoring

  • Assess risks associated with all company policies and procedures and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Engage in a continuous improvement process for company policies
  • Keep policies up to date with changes in organizational needs and regulatory / legal requirements
  • Implement systems to monitor and track policy adherence
  • Data Insights

  • Utilize HR and contract data and insights to identify trends and areas of concern
  • Make policy adjustments based on data insights
  • Generate reports on policy compliance specific to HR and direct service compliance
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPI's) to measure the effectiveness of company policies
  • Utilization and monitoring of EHR and EFM systems in order to meet data needs
  • Collaborate with IT department to identify technology solutions for company policy management

  • Position Qualifications

  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Management and supervision including employee evaluation and growth
  • Ability to learn and utilize company EHR and EFM systems
  • Five years of experience in compliance, operational and / or risk management to include leadership
  • Ability to translate regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements into business processes and company policies
  • Keen ability to apply technology to business processes
  • Self-Directed
  • Strong track record of demonstrating a high level of engagement and awareness of activities across all business divisions / departments
  • Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly through oral and written word
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to provide effective remote supervision of Safety Team
  • Valid driver's license and Limited Liability Auto Insurance 100 / 300 / 100
  • Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
  • Travel / Training Willingness
  • Must possess the skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office, Databases, Electronic Health Record, Dashboards)
