Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Work Sharp, located in Ashland, Oregon , has a culture steeped in the great outdoors. This position requires you to live and work in Southern Oregon. HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT (work from home Mon, Wed, Fri & headquarters Tues, Thurs).

Role purpose : The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will help move Work Sharp's business forward and will be provided with resources to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Process-oriented dynamic sales position, front row seat to the entire business, requiring a growth mindset, technology competency & agility
• Assist with high-impact initiative planning, scheduling, communication, and process improvements (leveraging AI and digital tools)
• Support Sales Team with managing data, emails, and projects
• Ownership of trade show logistics with travel to U.S. shows for setup / takedown
• Manage influencer and sample kits
• Contribute to a team that values internal motivation, adaptability, autonomy, teachability, collaboration, and time management
