Envision Healthcare is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at AdventHealth Carrollwood in Tampa, Florida!

Minimum CRNA experience of 3-5 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the well-established practice of AdventHealth Carrollwood, a smaller, well-respected hospital with plenty of Orthopedics, General and Spine cases. This team, which has been in existence for over 30 years provides a full range of anesthesia services with a community hospital feel.

The Chief CRNA duties will include but are not limited to :

• Scheduling
• Staff development
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events
• Liaison with hospital leaders
• Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
• Participate in leadership and development activities
• Assist Chief Anesthesiologist with performance reviews
• Orientation and onboarding of new hires
