POSITION SUMMARY :
The Seasonal Recruitment Coordinator supports Girl Scouts of Western New York’s fall recruitment efforts by engaging families, schools, and community partners to promote Girl Scouting opportunities in the Greater Rochester area. This dynamic, people-centered role is perfect for someone passionate about youth empowerment, community engagement, and making Girl Scouts accessible to all.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Coordinate and attend school-based and community recruitment events.
Build and strengthen partnerships with local schools, parent organizations, and community leaders.
Track leads and event participation using GSWNY’s CRM system.

GIRL SCOUT MEMBERSHIP :
All Employees of Girl Scouts must maintain an active, annual membership in Girl Scouts of Western New York. This membership must be renewed annually, and all newly hired employees are expected to enroll with GSWNY within the first 30 days of their employment.
