Commercial Construction Estimator - Drywall

Overview

MEMCO Atlanta is hiring for a Commercial Drywall Estimator in Atlanta. This is a full-time position; Mon-Fri, 7am-5pm.

Position

Drywall Project / Cost Estimator – focusing on estimating, pricing, and fostering strong client relationships to successfully secure and manage drywall projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project estimation and management, with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to support business growth.
• Identify and bid on target projects, managing estimating from take-offs to final pricing.
• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.
• Influence project scope and solutions to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Transfer project knowledge to the field team for smooth execution.

Qualifications

Travel to multiple construction sites is required at times.

Must present documents that establish eligibility to work in the United States. (E-Verify employer)
