• 7am - 7am pager call schedule
• 18 - 22 patients per day in clinic
• 2 - 3 surgeries per week
• 1 - 2 deliveries per day when on call
• CRNA support for mother and baby care
• Family medicine physician support for newborn care
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
