Summary :

This role will support design-related activities, both for current production items and for upcoming projects, with proficiency in CATIA V5 and PLM / data management systems.

Responsibilities :

• Design and release assigned systems components and assemblies from concept to production
• Serve as primary responsible for design-related queries and issues
• Coordinate engineering designs and systems with purchasing, suppliers, testing team, manufacturing team, other vehicle subsystems and functions
• Utilize CATIA V5 for all design and engineering tasks
• Apply engineering principles to develop automotive products that meet customer technical and functional specifications, as well as manufacturing cost and efficiency requirements.
• Conduct 3D modeling to evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed designs
• Support and participate in the design, testing, modification, fabrication, and assembly of automotive prototypes
• Design manufacturing processes and equipment specific to automotive product production.
• Provide technical support and system analysis for root cause analysis of development issues
• Manage product releases, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of new designs and updates
