We are seeking a highly-qualified Associate Patent Attorney to join our team and support the firm's expanding workload.
Base pay range
$140,000.00 / yr - $170,000.00 / yr

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one state.
- Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related experience in software, such as machine learning.
- 0 – 3 years of experience in patent prosecution and admission to practice before the USPTO.
- Strong academic record with proven analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and a commitment to professional excellence.
Responsibilities
Draft and file patent applications with the USPTO.Respond to office actions and other USPTO correspondence.Work directly with clients to understand their inventions and provide strategic recommendations regarding patent protection.Contribute to patent litigation matters and support related proceedings.Assist with trademark and copyright matters as part of the firm's broader intellectual property practice.Position highlights
