Summary :

The Senior Production Associate is primarily responsible for the setup of packaging equipment on production floor and packing of various products through a variety of process (e.g., manual packing, filling boxes, casing finished goods and the operations of various types of equipment). Responsible for general housekeeping of workstation and keeping equipment clean.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

• Participates in production activities including but not limited to manual assembly and packing of various products, visual inspection of materials and components.
• Boxing and casing final products and operating various types of equipment.
• Perform assigned tasks as outlines in procedures ensuring quality of the product.
• Maintain in depth familiarity with workmanship standards and other required documents.
• Reports discrepancies to supervisory personnel in a timely manner.
• Promotes a positive work environment.
• Notifies Team Lead or Production Supervisor of any inventory needs / requests.
• Communicates with Team Lead or Production Supervisor if any unforeseen conflicts to the production schedules arise.
• Ensure and maintains workstations are kept safe and free of clutter.
• Communicates with Team Lead or Production Supervisor any issues with the equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
