Bilingual Legal Assistant– Full Time

Krum, Gergely & Oates, LLC

Krum, Gergely & Oates, LLC is a private defense law firm in Rockville, and we’re looking for a full-time Legal Assistant who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our team. If you’re organized, motivated, and want to be part of a supportive legal office, we’d love to meet you.

Location : Rockville, MD

Employment type : Monday- Friday,  Full-time - 40 hours a week

What you’ll do :

  • Help prepare legal documents and motions.
  • Manage case files and deadlines.
  • File documents with courts.
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and other attorneys in English and Spanish.
  • Assist with scheduling hearings, meetings, and depositions.
  • Provide general support to our attorneys.

What we’re looking for :

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
  • College strongly encouraged.
  • Previous paralegal or legal assistant experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)

    • Pay : $20–$25 / hour, depending on experience
