Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer is responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System under the direction of the Quality Manager.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Audit and improve effectiveness of existing Quality Management processes.
• Drive cross-functional problem-solving efforts to root cause and develop corrective actions.
• Create, review, and update controlled process documentation.
• Define, implement, and evaluate process validation tools.
• Drive cross-functional continuous improvement projects.
• Compile and analyze Key Performance Indicator data to drive organizational change efforts.
• Maintain monitoring and measuring equipment (MME) system.
• Review capability to comply with customer requirements.

Required Education and Experience

ITAR REQUIREMENTS- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident, (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C.
