A Day in This Role

You’ll be the go-to expert who keeps production moving. Your morning may start by reviewing the preventive maintenance schedule, calibrating equipment, and logging updates in Megamations. Midday, you could be diagnosing a PLC input issue with a multimeter, then shifting to HVAC or plumbing tasks to keep the facility in top shape. You’ll collaborate with vendors remotely to resolve complex problems, mentor associates on safe operation, and document improvements that elevate quality and throughput.

What You’ll Do

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to keep manufacturing equipment on track with production timelines.
• Troubleshoot and repair automated systems; perform general facility work across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and PLC domains.
• Disassemble, clean, rebuild, and test equipment—both mechanically and electrically.
• Handle minor electronic repairs, calibrations, and alignments; ensure proper daily set-up and calibration.
• Enter, analyze, and track maintenance activities and orders in Megamations.
• Support training for manufacturing and maintenance teammates; assist quality leadership with process improvements.
• Champion safety (including Lock-Out / Tag-Out), provide real-time feedback, and model reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Adhere to company policies and take on special assignments as needed.
