Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Sales Closer to join our growing team as a 1099 contractor. This role focuses on converting retail-generated leads into solar system sales through in-person or virtual consultations. You will be responsible for managing 10+ appointments per week, closing deals, and providing exceptional customer service while educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy. As a 1099 contractor, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule, but we are looking for top performers with the drive to achieve high close rates and earn substantial commissions.

• Meet with qualified retail-generated leads (either in-person or virtually) to assess their energy needs and present customized solar solutions.
• Use your expert sales skills to close deals, securing contracts for residential solar systems.
• Ensure timely and effective follow-up with leads to answer questions, build rapport, and secure the sale.
• Maintain a strong understanding of solar energy products, financing options, and industry trends to educate customers and address concerns.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales progress in CRM software.
• Work closely with the installation and operations teams to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to project execution.
• Maintain a high level of performance, consistently closing deals and hitting or exceeding sales targets.
