Junior Embryologist

About the Role

Audubon Fertility is seeking a motivated Junior–Mid Level Embryologist to join our collaborative laboratory team of three embryologists, an andrologist, and a lab assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in reproductive science, with hands-on training across all andrology and embryology techniques.

What You'll Do

As part of our lab team, you will :

• Perform andrology procedures : semen analysis, sperm cryopreservation, IUI and IVF sperm preparation.
• Perform embryology procedures : dish preparation, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, embryo / egg cryopreservation and thawing, ICSI, and biopsy for PGT.
• Support daily lab operations in both andrology and embryology.
• Assist with patient check-in, collection room preparation, and provide patient instructions.
• Review and verify specimen identification to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Maintain accurate lab records, reports, and documentation.
• Adhere to all laboratory policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with embryologists, physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver the highest level of patient care.

Compensation : Commensurate with experience

Schedule : Full-time, day shift, with weekend and holiday rotation required
