Labor & Employment Partner - Wage & Hour Litigation

Salary : $150,000 - $250,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in complex labor and employment litigation matters, concentrating on wage & hour disputes.
- Manage cases comprehensively from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.
- Advise clients on compliance and ways to mitigate risks in labor and employment practices.
- Develop innovative legal strategies and solutions, working closely with clients to meet their legal needs.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of attorneys to ensure the delivery of top-tier legal services.
Minimum Position Qualifications :
JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.Active California Bar Admission in good standing.9+ years of extensive experience in wage & hour litigation, including managing individual, class, and collective actions.Strong litigation, case management, legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Preferred Qualifications :
Proven track record in labor and employment law with a focus on wage & hour disputes.Experience in a partner or senior-level role within a reputable law firm.Ability to handle complex legal issues with minimal supervision.Skills :
