Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Must have geriatric experience 2-5 years of directly applicable experience preferred Value-based care experience is preferred Monday-Friday, 8 : 00-5 : 00 with minimal call Competitive base salary and bonus structure Small patient panel, allowing for more time with patients
