SALES MANAGER
REPORTS TO : STORE MANAGER
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving a minimum monthly sales goal based on the agreements on rent. In addition to a base salary, this position offers bonus potential based on exceeding sales targets. This individual will utilize various sales techniques, including in-store sales, PERQ daily management, building and maintaining a social media presence in the local community, and other proactive methods to achieve targets. The Sales Representative will work autonomously, demonstrating self-leadership and direction in pursuit of sales objectives.
PRIMARY DUTIES :
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
- Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with all Rent One policies.
- Ensure all customer accounts are fully documented, up to date, and properly filed.
- Ensure the showroom is always maintained in a clean, organized, tagged, and "showroom ready".
- Conduct competitive market analysis and create strategies to increase market share and revenues.
- Perform, maintain, and review all CRM and marketing calendar results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and participate in planning efforts with the Store Manager as requested.
- Meet all sales goals and objectives.
- All agreements must be processed in accordance with Rent One policies and promotional discounts. This includes opting into SMS, signing up for autopay, file maintenance, verifications, and proper computer entering while managing the promotional free time budget.
- Maintain engagement and build the store's Facebook presence.
- Predictable and reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the position
- Must have a valid, state-issued driver's license and maintain auto insurance in the minimum amount required in your state.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position.

Sales objectives :
Sales manager must sell a minimum of 6% of store's beginning AOR monthlyThe store must achieve a combined 13.5% AOR deliveredIf the sales manager achieves higher than 6% of AOR delivered and the store is over 13.5% AOR combined delivery they are eligible for additional compensation as follows :01% - 6.50% = $300
51.00% - 7.00% = $60001% - 8.00% = $900$150 increase for every percentage point aboveOther duties as assigned.SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Excellent customer service skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a management role.Ability to train, coach, and develop associates.Experience in customer service / banking / collections or retail industries preferred.Must have safe, secure, and reliable private transportation in order to make regular bank cash deposits while minimizing risk to self and TLM property.Must be at least 18 years of age.Must have proof of eligibility to legally work in the U.S.High School Diploma or GED required.Upon loss of driving privileges or auto insurance, the company may remove an employee from their position, deny the employee the opportunity to work or terminate their employment if driving privileges and / or auto insurance coverage is not promptly restored.Physical demands are those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
