Assistant VP Of Construction
The Assistant VP of Construction will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring efficiency and compliance. This position is ideal for a skilled leader with a strong background in construction management and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
Develop and monitor budgets to ensure financial efficiency and cost control.
Lead and mentor project managers and construction teams to achieve optimal performance.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project progress.
Work closely with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
