As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The Global Logistics team makes sure physical deliveries and installations happen on schedule. As a member of the team, you will design processes that enable scale and speed. From global deployments of servers to the delivery of networking gear, you will ensure the right equipment arrives at the right location at the right time. In this role, you will be responsible for developing logistics infrastructure to deploy Google's compute power. As the Program Manager, you will join the GCL-SCALE (System Capabilities And Logistics Enablement) team to drive the delivery of critical systems and process improvement opportunities for Google's Global Logistics operations. The role focuses on ensuring project execution, fostering cross-functional engagement within GCL and with business stakeholders, and managing a key partnership with the ASCII team.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience implementing process improvements to improve logistics systems and processes.
• Experience identifying operational inefficiencies in areas such as logistics, transportation, warehousing, or compliance and implementing solutions.
