Inhance Construction Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Assistant Superintendent to join our Field Operations team and help oversee the construction of affordable multifamily housing projects. Reporting to the Superintendent, you'll play a critical role in supervising select trades, managing Inhance field staff (Punch Carpenters and Laborers), and supporting the daily progress of multiple active projects. Key Responsibilities

• Support 23 concurrent multifamily projects totaling approximately 120 units.
• Supervise Inhance punch carpenters and laborers, and oversee selected trade subcontractors.
• Assist in coordinating inspections, jurisdictional testing, and site documentation.
• Report performance or delays by subcontractors to the Project Superintendent.
• Generate and manage punch lists for timely completion of work.
• Support schedule development and ensure timely completion of assigned scopes.
• Maintain jobsite documentation and participate in safety / subcontractor meetings.
• Oversee timely delivery and storage of materials for assigned areas.
• Monitor field conditions and ensure compliance with safety programs and site cleanliness.
• Review plans for accuracy and help resolve conflicts in the field.
• Validate layout measurements and compliance with plans and applicable codes.
• Collaborate with consultants and inspectors, managing responses to field reports.
• Participate in company training and uphold all legal and regulatory compliance standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
