• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols and standards of practice.\n\n
• Assess patients' conditions and implement evidence-based nursing interventions tailored to the rural healthcare landscape.\n\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans and coordinate patient care activities.\n\n
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and efficiency, ensuring patient safety and therapeutic effectiveness.\n\n
• Monitor patients' vital signs and responses to treatment, adapting care plans as needed to optimize outcomes.\n\n
• Educate patients and their families on disease management strategies, preventive healthcare measures, and community resources.\n\n
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring continuity of care throughout the healthcare journey.\n\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and documentation standards.\n\n
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts to enhance the delivery of care in rural settings.\n\n

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the applicable state.\n\n
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.\n\n
• Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience in acute care settings; experience in rural healthcare considered a plus.\n\n
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in challenging situations.\n\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.\n\n
• Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs and resources of rural communities, demonstrating creativity and resourcefulness in delivering care.\n\n
