Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med / Surg Tele position requiring a PA or compact RN license and 2 years of experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a Med / Surg Tele unit within a hospital setting
  • Day and night shifts available, three 12-hour shifts per week (7 : 00–19 : 00 or 19 : 00–7 : 00)
  • Every other weekend shift required
  • Float to other units required as needed
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Must wear navy blue or white scrubs
  • Fingerprinting and ChildLine registration must be completed promptly, with fingerprints completed in PA
  • Lab work must be completed within 72 hours of signing the contract

  • Active PA or compact RN license required
  • Minimum of 2 years recent Med / Surg Tele nursing experience
  • Certifications required : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
  • Must live more than 50 miles from the facility
