Your Responsibilities :

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

Implement therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence

Instruct patients in exercises and activities to enhance daily living skills

Monitor and document patient progress accurately

Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure quality care delivery

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress

Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning

Requirements :

Active New Mexico Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Strong interpersonal, assessment, and treatment planning skills

Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred
