Key Responsibilities
Advise on legal and compliance issues across AI software, cloud services, and hardware products
Manage intellectual property matters, including software and hardware assets
Oversee data privacy and security compliance programs
Required Qualifications
J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
5+ years of experience at a top law firm and / or in-house at a major tech company
Strong foundation in product liability, IP, and data compliance
Skilled at working directly with technical and engineering teams
