About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg / Telemetry

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Days

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of Med / Surg Telemetry experience

License : Current State Nursing License

Certifications : BLS (AHA), NIHSS

Must-Have :

• Completed at least 1 travel contract
• Skills checklist completed within the last year
• 1 supervisory reference required

Description :

This position offers same day interviews.

Qualified candidates should expect a call from a designated area code.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Travelers must be located more than 50 miles from the market.

Holiday scheduling restrictions apply during specified winter holidays.

Travelers are required to work 2 of 3 holidays (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving).

There will be a limit of 1 day request off between specified holiday periods for all travelers, regardless of holidays worked.

A copy of the required certifications and proof of a taxable address are necessary for submission.

References are required, including one supervisory reference at the time of submission.

State license requirements must be met, and compact licenses are allowed.
