We're looking for a dynamic Lead Talent Acquisition Enablement Specialist to optimize and scale how we attract, engage, and onboard talent. This role blends strategy and execution—owning recruitment marketing, TA systems and processes, onboarding programs (including immigration and referrals), and vendor partnerships. You'll be the go-to partner for IT, championing automation and AI-driven solutions that boost recruiter productivity and elevate candidate experiences. You'll also enable our recruiting teams through tools, training, and development sessions—building connection and consistency across the function.
