Auto Dealership Secretary / Sales Assistant $15 - $16 per Hour Plus Commission

Sales / Customer Service Experience Required

Bilingual Spanish / English is Required

We need to hire a Secretary Sales Assistant to start immediately. Youll be the glue that keeps our office and sales floor running smoothly If youre organized, personable, and ready to be part of a team that treats customers like family, wed love to meet you.

We offer :

    • What Youll Do :

  • Greet customers with a warm, professional welcome
  • Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
  • Manage paperwork for vehicle sales, financing, and inventory
  • Support the sales team with scheduling, follow-ups, and customer service
  • Keep digital and physical records organized and up to date
  • Assist with social media posts and online listings (Facebook, website, etc.)

    • What Were Looking For :

  • Previous experience in an office, dealership, customer service or

    • sales role

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Comfortable with basic computer tasks and office software
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with great communication skills
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
