Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for RNs / LPNs at Life Care Centers of America, based in Nashville, TN. The role involves delivering superior nursing care to patients and residents, administering medications, and conducting patient assessments. Day-to-day tasks include creating and implementing patient care plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and providing emotional support to patients and families. Ensuring compliance with all healthcare policies, patient safety, and quality standards is vital in this role.

Qualifications

• Possessing a valid RN or LPN license
• Skilled in delivering high-quality nursing care and performing patient assessments
• Experience in creating and implementing patient care plans
• Proficiency in administering medications and monitoring patient responses
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working within an interdisciplinary team
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification preferred
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, or Alzheimer's / dementia care is a plus
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
