The Production Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the flow, accuracy, and accountability of inventory within our cannabis manufacturing facility. This role ensures that all inventory is properly tracked, stored, and reported in compliance with state regulations and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the production inventory team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Provides inventory reporting to purchasing and planning team.
• Oversees movement and storage of all inventory within production locations.
• Manages and maintains inventory tracking system while maintaining compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through physical inventory audits.
• Investigates and resolves inventory discrepancies as required.
• Facilitates cross-functional collaboration throughout the supply chain.
• Enforces and optimizes inventory control procedures.
