This senior-level role involves overseeing the comprehensive financial affairs of a multigenerational family, including investments, real estate, and coordination with external advisors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and the ability to support philanthropic initiatives alongside financial operations.
Responsibilities :
- Direct the management of personal financial affairs for the principal and their immediate family.
- Supervise budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and detailed financial reporting processes.
- Consolidate financial statements and net worth reports to provide clear insights.
- Evaluate and recommend private and public investment opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence.
- Track investment performance and provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial outcomes.
- Oversee residential and investment real estate portfolios, including vendor relations and capital improvements.
- Ensure compliance with insurance, tax regulations, and property documentation.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, and accounting advisors to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Assist with charitable giving and philanthropic efforts, both domestically and internationally.
- Provide operational and financial support to family members, including logistical assistance when needed.
- Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in senior finance roles, ideally within family offices or private wealth management.
- Expertise in managing complex personal finances for high-net-worth individuals or families.
- Strong analytical skills in investment analysis, portfolio management, and due diligence.
- Knowledge of real estate management, private equity, and multi-asset class investing.
- Comprehensive understanding of tax planning, estate structures, and intergenerational wealth strategies.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee financial operations.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced certifications in finance or related fields preferred.
- Exceptional discretion, professionalism, and ability to navigate sensitive family dynamics.
