CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We are currently looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants who are looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference. These certified nursing assistants will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, offer support during enrichment programs, and provide companionship.

Positions available :

1st Shift - PT / FT (6 : 45am-3 : 15pm)

2nd Shift - PT / FT (2 : 45pm-11 : 15pm)

3rd Shift - FT (11pm-7 : 30am)

These positions require a mandatory every other weekend and every other holiday rotation.

What you'll do :

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Support residents during enrichment programs & social activities
• Provide companionship and encourage residents to participate in wellness initiatives
• Collaborate with the health care team by monitoring residents health and reporting concerns
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Uphold dignity, respect, and compassion in all interactions
