\n\nER RN Job Details – Elko, NV\n \n

  • Location : Elko, NV 89801 (Northeastern Nevada)\n
  • Assignment Length : 13 weeks (10 / 26 / 2025 – 1 / 25 / 2026)\n
  • Shift : 12-hour nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)\n
  • Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed\n
  • Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend\n
  • Setting : 16-bed Emergency Room (ER)\n
  • Employment Type : Travel RN, W2\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $1880 - $2020\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Nevada or compact state\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience (ER / ED experience strongly preferred)\n
  • Ability to manage care for more than 4 patients as needed\n
  • Willingness to float to other healthcare facilities within a 25-mile radius\n
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications may be required per facility policy)\n
  • Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel nurse status\n

    • \n\nER Nurse Responsibilities\n \n

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate emergency nursing care to patients in the ER\n
  • Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute and emergent medical conditions\n
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Accurately document patient care in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)\n
  • Float to other clinical units within a 25-mile radius as required\n
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and adapt to the dynamic needs of a rural emergency department\n
