Valve Solutions is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Valve Packing Associate to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This position is responsible for safely, efficiently, and accurately packing valves into small boxes, pallets, and custom crates for shipment. The role requires use of overhead cranes, foam packing machines, and various hand tools to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Safely pack valves into cartons, pallets, and wooden crates using correct packing methods and materials.
  • Operate overhead cranes to maneuver large valves and components.
  • Utilize foam packing machines, stretch wrap machines, and paper packing machines.
  • Use hand tools, chop saws, tape machines, and other equipment as needed.
  • Follow work instructions and packing specifications with attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist in general warehouse tasks as assigned.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements :

  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for the entire shift.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, chop saws, and basic packing equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand packing instructions, labels, and documentation in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Previous warehouse, packing, or manufacturing experience preferred.
