Duration : 13 week

Shift : Day; 6 : 30 AM -7 PM

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Weekly Pay Rate : $2,088 - $2,268; (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Critical Care Float Pool on a day shift schedule. The Float Pool RN will provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in ICU, Med-Surg, and other units as needed across the hospital system. You will play a vital role in maintaining staffing flexibility and supporting areas of high patient acuity or staff shortages.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with the nursing process and established hospital standards.
• Provide care in ICU , and float as needed to Med-Surg units with potential assignments of 6 7 patients .
• Accurately assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a variety of patient populations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and safe patient care.
• Respond to rapidly changing patient conditions and emergencies with professionalism and competence.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the Epic EMR system .
Requirements :
• Licensure :

Active New York RN license (Required)

BLS (Basic Life Support)

Minimum of 2+ years recent ICU experience required
