About The Position

Job Title : Diagnostic X-Ray Tech

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Hours per Shift : 5x8 (08 : 00 - 16 : 30)

Experience : Minimum 2 years required

License : State licensed

Certifications : ARRT R, BLS

Must-Have :

• Trauma Level I experience required
• Trauma Level II experience required
• Charting system experience preferred

Description :

The Diagnostic X-Ray Tech will work Monday to Friday.

Shifts will be from 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM, 8 AM to 5 PM, or 8 : 30 AM to 5 PM.

Call will be required Monday to Friday from 5 PM to midnight and on weekends from 8 AM to 8 PM.

The technician may need to cover holidays and float to other locations as needed.

The role requires the ability to perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures.

Experience with adult acute care and outpatient services is necessary.

Techs will be responsible for ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures.

Knowledge of radiation safety protocols is essential.

The role may involve assisting with trauma cases and operating room procedures.

The daily patient load is expected to be up to 100 visits.

Patient age groups will include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Experience in a busy radiology environment is preferred.
