Overview Join us and lead the future of anime production and revolutionize storytelling with AI. We’re building the next-generation short-form anime content platform — think ReelShort, but for anime. Each episode is 1–3 minutes long and optimized for vertical viewing on mobile.

What You’ll Do : Identify promising webtoon / webnovel IPs to adapt from.

Shape narratives and visuals with creativity and excellent taste in script and anime.

Collaborate closely with scriptwriters, voice actors, and animators — overseeing production and providing creative feedback.

⚔️ Be a versatile team player – ready to write scripts, manage production, and utilize AI animation tools as needed.

️ Ensure production quality, maintain consistency across episodes, and make sure the creative direction resonates with the anime fans.

What We’re Looking For : ✅ Deep love for anime and webtoons! You know what resonates with Gen Z fans.

✅ A deep passion for storytelling, with an eye for what makes scripts and visual art shine.

✅ 3+ years' experience in anime, film, or TV series production. Experience with short-form dramas is a plus.

✅ Understand the importance of IP strategies and storytelling within the anime, webtoon, and short drama industries.

✅ Experience or eagerness to learn and leverage AI tools and technologies to push creative boundaries.

✅ Strong leadership skills to align cross-functional teams and inspire innovation.

✅ Located in the Bay Area or open to working remotely.
