Salary

$110,060.00 - $170,590.00

Responsibilities

  • Directly responsible for all billing and revenue tracking for MissionSquare’s retail broker / dealer and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) business, including RIA advisory billing, overlay trading, and broker / dealer commissions.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for billing, commissions, and overlay trading.
  • Shared responsibility for service solutions, including relationships with clearing and technology vendors.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations to create service and oversight solutions within MissionSquare CRM tools.
  • Support regulatory audits (FINRA and SEC) focused on the broker / dealer and RIA business.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • BA / BS or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of broker / dealer or RIA operations experience
  • Series 7 and 24 (Required); Series 63 and 65 or 66 (Preferred); Series 24 or ability to acquire within 6 months
  • Multi-year experience leading a team in financial services
  • Expert knowledge of advisory products and software structures for an RIA
  • Knowledge of financial product compensation and commissions and related oversight
  • Knowledge of financial oversight and controls within broker / dealer and / or RIA
  • Vendor and IT alignment experience across multi-vendor platforms
  • Experience managing software solutions and vendor relationships for advisory product management and billing
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment with new technology and policies
