We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Adaptive Swim Teacher to join our team at our indoor pool in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. This role focuses on teaching swim lessons to children with disabilities, providing a safe, positive, and personalized experience in the water.

Who We're Looking For : The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and passionate about working with children of all abilities. Individuals with backgrounds in special education, occupational therapy, physical therapy, or experienced swim instruction are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities :

• Teach adaptive swim lessons tailored to individual needs and abilities
• Create a safe, fun, and supportive learning environment
• Communicate with parents / caregivers to provide progress updates and address needs
• Adapt teaching strategies for children with physical, sensory, or developmental disabilities
• Maintain safety standards and always follow company protocols
