The Office organization is transforming how Microsoft 365 Copilot delivers value across our productivity applications. We are seeking a Product Manager II to help drive our target setting, tracking, and reporting process for Valuable Copilot Interactions (VCI) metrics across Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Office apps. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data-driven product management, eager to collaborate across disciplines, and motivated to help shape the future of AI-powered productivity.

As a Product Manager II on the Office Shared Experiences team, you will work closely with Data Science, Analysts, Data Engineers, and Product PMs to model, track, and report on key Copilot interactions and underlying feature usage. You will drive a cross-team effort on evolving and refining our VCI metric set over time to help us better capture value delivery to our planet-scale user base spanning Commercial and Consumer. Your work will directly inform product strategy, feature development, and the measurement of Copilots impact on user productivity.
