• This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S.
• Government customer.
• The mission is to provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission-related software and systems to a large government contract.

Key Responsibilities :

• Your foundational research, development, and prototyping that will exemplify real-world capabilities from the emerging research.  Create hardware and software component design specifications and use appropriate industry standard development methodologies and tools to implement those specifications.

In addition to functionality features, the following shall be included in the designs :

• interfaces, security, performance, controls, databases, AI / ML, and user experience.  Test and document results in accordance with the customer's approved test plan. - The contractor shall test and document results in accordance with the Government approved test Key Requirements : To be considered for this position you must have the following : U.S.
• Citizenship.
• Seven (7) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Works well independently as well as on a team.  Strong communication skills.  Key Skills :

• Required : MySQL, JavaScript, Understanding of other dependency tools : Node.js, npm, Express, and Mutler, Rejit (Rejx – command-line interface Python library), Task Order Desired : LLMs ,  Retrieval-Augmented Generation ,  CASPORT Location :  North Laurel, Maryland Salary Range :  Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, skills, professional experience, relevant education and certifications.
